    This is more a question than a comment: What can I do as Nebraska citizen to promote LB380 and LB385? I am thinking of writing letters of support to specific Senators. FYI, I will be following progress online utilizing the Open States website and reading the bills in full in the next few days. Thank you for your time and efforts.
